We’re hiring an electronic technology systems supervisor!

Lake Region Electric Cooperative has an opportunity for an electronic technology systems supervisor, full-time, based in our Pelican Rapids, MN office, with ability for day travel within our service territory (counties of Otter Tail, Wilkin, Grant, Douglas, Clay and Becker).  

This position is responsible for maintaining the Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) system and equipment at utility substations across our service territory. Engage as the subject matter expert of AMI (Aclara), a data value management, customer communication and device networking smart infrastructure solution. Ensure successful functioning of the system as a vital process to load management and energy demand response for peak utilization times, impacting the overall financials of the cooperative. Supervise meter technicians and execute inspections on load management equipment to ensure requirements are met for system controls communication.
