In the last few years, have you disconnected your landline, created a new email, or changed cellphone numbers? If so, this is a great time to verify your account is accurate, and that every number or email listed in your LREC account file should be there.
Click the button below to access our membership portal. You will need a combination of two items to verify your identity: account number, phone number, email address, or service address. You can find your account number and service address on your bill or in SmartHub. Once you have accessed the portal, you will be able to update all outdated information. This will be reflected in your LREC file within 3-5 business days.
