CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Our Board of Directors, in partnership with the recruiting firm HRExpertiseBP, is seeking entrepreneurial-minded candidates for the role of CEO.

As an innovative, driven leader for the cooperative, the CEO will advise and assist the 9-member Board of Directors in executing on the strategies that live out our vision and mission of providing innovative and sustainable energy services in the best interest of our membership. Ensures optimal member experience by effectively communicating the goals, achievements, advantages and opportunities of the Cooperative’s services. Supports employee growth and safety, our most valued assets. Pursues shared economies and partnerships in the administration of the power purchase program and power distribution. Oversees all financial transactions, keeping the board informed of the effectiveness of overall operations.

Successful candidates for consideration will bring a minimum of 7 years of proven leadership ability, exceptional communication skills with both the employee and public audience, strong business acumen, commitment to a team culture, extensive knowledge of the electric utility industry with subsidiary business management, and a bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
